Too many times we see organizations implement unnecessary and ineffective programs such as Flu vaccines, weight loss and smoking cessation initiatives that have no interest to the employee. As much as we know these are healthy choices, the employees needs are different. The gap between what we think is needed versus what the employee really needs leads to a lack of engagement.
